Österreich wurde die Ehre zu Teil, die 2. FCI IPO FH european open auszutragen. 

Die Fédération Cynologique Internationale (FCI) übergab dem Österreichischen Kynologen Verband (ÖKV) diese 2. FCI IPO FH european open. Dieser Dachverband in Österreich, der Österreichischen Kynologen Verband (ÖKV), hat den größten österreichischen Ausbildungsverband, den Österreichischen Gebrauchshundesport Verband (ÖGV), mit dieser Durchführung der 2. FCI IPO FH european open betraut.

Die Ortsgruppe Judenburg des Österreichischen Gebrauchshundesport Verband (ÖGV) wird diese 2. FCI IPO FH european open im Herzen Österreichs, in der Steiermark, durchführen.

Der Veranstalter hat sich bemüht faire und annähernd gleiche Bedingungen für diese 2. FCI IPO FH european open zu schaffen.

Austria became the honour part, to deliver the 2nd FCI IPO FH european open.

The Fédération Cynologique international (FCI) handed over this 2nd FCI IPO FH european open to the Österreichischen Kynologen Verband (ÖKV).  This organisation in Austria,  the Österreichischen Kynologen Verband (ÖKV), has the biggest Austrian education association, the Österreichischen Gebrauchshundesport Verband (ÖGV), with this realisation of 2. FCI IPO FH european open entrusts.

The local group Judenburg of the Österreichischen Gebrauchshundesport Verband (ÖGV) carry out this 2. FCI IPO FH european open in the heart of Austria in Styria.
